If you choose the Register Air Mail ｏｒ EMS as shipping method, you can apply for a return within 45 days (30 days is offered for the users of UPS, DHL, Fedex)after the invoice date.
Customers are supposed to inform Focusupply.com within 7 days from the delivery date if the order is incorrect. Problem caused by misuse ｏｒ abuse will void the products’ warranty and return policy.
Please note that each return should have a order number/your name . You can write it down ｏｒ stick the printed one on the outside of the returned box .So we will know it is your retuen package.
To ensure the prompt information of the returned package, we recommend you choose the carrier which the package can be trackable.
The shipping cost is non-refundable. And the return shipping cost and insurance are covered by the customers. Focusuply would not be responsible for the return fee ｏｒ any shipping loss.
All the returned products must be in its original condition.

Return policy for refund

Please note that the Oreder number/Your Name should be included in the returned package and the shipping cost is non-refundable. In addition, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to the return if the reason of return is casued by human error.
We can not accept the following items for a refund:

•The reason of returning is caused by customer error.

For replacement parts, please contact sw-box.com within 7 days from the delivery date. If you would like to exchange a product, please make sure that the product is unused and wihin the warranty time. You can provide us the order number and the product code you want to exchange. Please remember that a RMA number is always needed for returning any product.
